By using File Flip ("the Bot", "@file_flip_bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Description

File Flip is a Telegram bot that converts files between different formats. The service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability or conversion accuracy.

Free & Premium Tiers

• Free: 3 conversions per day, files up to 20 MB
• Premium: Unlimited conversions, files up to 2 GB, OCR, priority processing. Purchased via Telegram Stars.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malware, illegal content, or copyrighted material you don't own
• Abuse the service (automated mass uploads, rate limit evasion)
• Attempt to access other users' files or data
• Use the bot for any illegal purpose

File Retention

All uploaded and converted files are automatically deleted within 15 minutes. We are not responsible for data loss — always keep your original files.

Refunds

Premium subscriptions purchased via Telegram Stars are subject to Telegram's refund policy. Contact @file_flip_bot for billing questions.

Limitation of Liability

File Flip is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, conversion errors, or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance.
