File Flip ("the Bot", "@file_flip_bot") is a Telegram bot that converts files between formats. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

What We Collect

• Telegram user ID — to track your usage limits and subscription status
• Files you send — temporarily processed for conversion
• Usage metadata — conversion counts, formats used (no file contents)

File Handling

• Files are processed on our secure servers
• All files are automatically deleted within 15 minutes of processing
• We do not read, analyze, or store the contents of your files
• We do not share your files with any third parties

What We Don't Collect

• No email addresses
• No phone numbers
• No cookies or browser tracking
• No advertising identifiers

Data Storage

User account data (Telegram ID, subscription status, conversion counts) is stored in an encrypted database. We retain this data as long as your account is active.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of all your data by using the /settings command in the bot and selecting "Delete my data". This action is irreversible.
